And yet, this place is utterly abandoned. They could have made good business.

I wonder if it's unethical to take things.. or to take things and leave a little behind for the price tag?

Heh... I was just starting to wonder the same thing.

Even if this place has truly been abandoned, it still doesn't feel right to just take things. And yet, these items shouldn't be left to waste... So, your idea about leaving a little something behind would seem to be the superior path.
